During 2006, the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago presented John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc. with two awards for Ivy Hall. First a SAMMY Award from the association's Sales and Marketing Council for a total presentation of a single family residence over $500,000; then a Gold Key for excellence in housing design. South Campus Development team called on John Robert Wiltgen Design, Inc. when they needed a model home for Ivy Hall, the third phase of a $600-million mixed-use community adjacent to the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago. Working with FitzGerald Associates Architects, the JRW Design team produced a 4,300 square foot Prairie-style home that is part of an elite cloister of 219 luxury single family homes set in a historic city neighborhood. |
